The product is of ashless organic phosphate compounds, possessing favorable properties of oil solubility and extreme pressure abrasion resistance.

2. APPLICATIONS

The product is used to compound with other additives for blending the oils with higher extreme pressure abrasion resistance, such as ashless antiwear hydraulic oils, middle-duty/heavy-duty industrial and automobile gear oils, worm gear oils, bearing bush oils for railway locomotive engine, punching oil. When it is used in threading, drill, and drawing cutting, it can improve the PB & PD values rapidly.

The recommended dosage is from 0.5% to 3.0%.

5. STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

The requirements of SH/T0164 should be met during the storage, handling and blending. The maximum temperature should not exceed 75. The ambient temperature for long-term storage should not exceed 45. It is non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive. The precautions in safety, environment control, and application are the same as those of common petroleum products, having no need of special protection.

6. PACKING

The product is packed in 200 litre metal drum, with the net weight at 200 kg per drum; or in bulk.
